emapsite’s Quality Policy is to continuously improve our processes, products and services to deliver solutions of the highest value thereby providing competitive advantage to our customers and comparative advantage over our competitors.

emapsite is not currently accredited under any formal quality management system. However, at emapsite, quality sits at the heart of everything we do and our internal processes and discipline attest to this philosophy.

emapsite is intent on attaining ISO9001 accreditation to provide further rigour to our methods. In the meantime our adoption of DSDM Atern and subscription to the principles of PRINCE2 inform and structure our activities and processes in relation to application development and project management while the latest ITIL guidelines (v3) provide the framework for our service delivery.
