For some, AEC forms part of this broad grouping and some may refer to you as ‘Plan, Design and Build’ but we can further categorise into three more sub-groups:

• Property Investment and Portfolio Management – the asset managers, maintenance, financing, estate management, performance management
• Disposals and Acquisitions – valuations, marketing, conveyancing, land registration, boundary disputes, HIPs, prospecting, risk assessment
• Resource managers – forestry, agriculture, aggregates, waste/landfill

We continually adapt both the functionality and content of our core plans ahead offering to meet the varying requirements of these markets and will continue to consult with you to ensure that we capture and prioritise all these requirements as part of our development process. In particular we are keen to understand the way in which users of mapping and location information in these sectors would like to receive the increasingly variety of site specific information that we can supply.  We always look forward to your feedback...
