Groundsure Insight provides information from Groundsure’s historic land use database with mapping dating back to 1840s for England, Scotland and Wales.

Groundsure Insight indicates past land use, recent and current industrial activity, mining and mineral extraction, ground workings, waste/landfill sites, pollution inventory data, hydrology and hydrogeology, radon, soil chemistry and subsidence. The bundle indicates issues that may affect ground investigation, foundation design and guide remediation possibilities.

Groundsure Insight is a PDF report with aerial photography and time-saving features to improve navigation, facilitating rapid identification and assessment of the significant issues for a site of interest. The report is offered with the Groundsure Professional Indemnity Insurance (up to £10m).
