NGD Address data contains all attribution and geometry present in AddressBase-Premium. The data is updated daily by Ordnance Survey and is available as a data export/download for ingestion into customer systems

OS NGD Address 'Islands' (i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) comprises five feature types from Pre-Build to Historic addresses and is supplied with related components tables where available:

- Pre-Build Addresses : local authority addresses that will be able to receive mail, deliveries or services, where the property is either yet to be built but has been granted planning permission, or is under construction (e.g. a development site, a plot number, or a definitive address for property units).

- Built Addresses : local authority addresses that currently exist and can receive mail, deliveries, or services (e.g. home, shop, school, hospital).

- Street Addresses: provides street address information for any road, footpath, cycleway, byway, or bridleway that provides access to an address and has been uniquely identified by the local Highway Authority (or Street Naming and Numbering authority). A 'related components table' is not available for this feature type.

- Non-Addressable Objects Local authority and Ordnance Survey captured features (often structures or sites) that are currently live but are objects that would not be expected to be able to receive mail or deliveries (e.g ponds, static water sites, public parks and telephone boxes) .

- Historic Addresses Local authority addresses that no longer exist (e.g. demolished, merging of properties to become one new single address or splitting of a single property into multiple flats).

OS NGD Address is designed to underpin a range of analytical use cases and pricing is aligned with AddressBase Premium.
