Idox NGD Address Managed Service is a managed database of OS NGD Address GB data updated daily.

Each customer is provided with a dedicated database instance and can perform queries and analysis using PostGIS and PostGres. Access requires 'whitelisted' IP address and security credentials.

Idox NGD Address Managed Service provides the most recent address data for the customer's pre-licensed area of interest. It contains all of the attribution data and geometry present in AddressBase Premium, including information and related component tables for address records across the address lifecycle:

- Pre-Build Address. Local authority addresses that will be able to receive mail, deliveries or services, where the property is either yet to be built but has been granted planning permission, or is under construction.
- Built Address. Local authority addresses that are currently built and live ?and can typically receive mail, deliveries, or services?;
- Non-Addressable Object. Local authority and Ordnance Survey captured features (often structures or sites) that are currently live but would not be expected to be able to receive mail or deliveries;
- Street Address. Provides street address information for any road, footpath, cycleway, byway, or bridleway that has been uniquely identified by the local Highway Authority, or Street Naming and Numbering authority and provides access to an address (NB. there is no 'related component table' for Street Addresses).
- Historic Address. Local authority addresses that are no longer in existence. This can occur as a result of demolition, or the merging or splitting of properties.
