The Digitised Plan is an enhanced interactive PDF that presents digitised statutory utility records overlaid onto large-scale site mapping in a clear and user-friendly format. With toggleable layers, geo-referenced overlays and standardised annotation, it makes utility information easier to review, interpret and use for planning, design and site coordination.

Utility Essentials Layered PDF collates asset information, indicating the expected presence and routing of utility assets such as underground pipes and cables at a site of interest for the five main providers (Electricity, Gas, Openreach, Water/Sewers). Satisfies the requirements of British Standards PAS128 (Survey Type D, QL-D), Health & Safety Executive Regulations HSG47 and CDM2015 and the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991.

Reports contain all available information with no hidden ads-ons for sites of up to 500m in length or width (25 hectares). Larger site areas priced on request.

Reports are delivered in 10 working days (Note: a 'draft' report may be provided where a utility provider does not submit information in time with a ‘final’ report following on at no extra charge). Reports are valid for 28 days from date of publication and a new report is recommended after this time to account for any potential changes.

In addition the utility data is digitised and compiled into a layered PDF. This PDF is delivered after the base report.
