FAQs for the Emapsite Now! app
Why can't I draw my site?
Emapsite Now! allows you to quickly get data whilst out on site. If you are ordering a PDF Location Plan, you can add your site and other annotation at a later time via the accounts pages when you get back to your computer. This is not possible for the Groundsure Bundle Report and Utility Report, so you will need to use the Reports app on your computer if it's important that you outline your site.
What format will I be getting?
There are default formats for the mapping products to keep the ordering process quick, but you can reprocess the format free of charge from the order page in the Accounts if you require something different.
The Location Plan and reports will be in PDF format.
Why can't I search for a location?
emapsite Now! is designed for users out on site, who want to get location data for exactly where they are. We recommend still using the Mapshop app for mapping and data, using the Reports app for reports and the Plans app for PDF Location plans.
Can I customise the 6 products I see?
Yes, absolutely. Just email us at customersupport@emapsite.com and we can add the products you'd like to see at both person and company level.
